Shearing and Baling Production Line
A fully automated shearing and baling production line designed for processing metal scraps (steel, aluminum, copper), sheet metal offcuts, and waste materials. It integrates feeding, conveying, precise shearing, high-pressure compression, automatic strapping, and stacking, transforming loose waste into dense, easy-to-transport bales. Widely used in recycling plants, metallurgical factories, and manufacturing facilities, the line reduces waste volume by 70-80%, lowers transportation costs, and improves material recovery efficiency with minimal manual intervention.
1. The entire machine adopts an integral frame structure; the machine body and slide block are welded using new materials and sheet metal forming technology.
2. The pump station and electrical cabinet are mounted on the machine body (integral structure), which is non-dismantling for convenient transportation and installation.
3. It is equipped with a four-corner eight-face guide rail, featuring high guidance accuracy and strong unbalanced load resistance, and adopts centralized lubrication.
4. A large-bore professionally manufactured liquid filling valve is used to meet the process requirements of the hydraulic press for rapid downward movement and rapid return stroke, greatly improving work efficiency and creating more value for users.
5. PLC control is adopted: multiple processing technology requirements can be realized via software programming without changing peripheral circuits. It also provides intuitive information for convenient maintenance and inspection.
6. The hydraulic system uses a cartridge valve integrated system, which ensures reliable operation, long service life and low hydraulic shock.
7. Patented technology is applied to the cylinder block and piston rod of the oil cylinder, improving the working reliability of the oil cylinder.
8. The operating pressure, speed and stroke range of the slide block can all be adjusted according to process requirements.
