Engine block made of high-strength materials, featuring an arched rib grid reinforcement structure and a four-bolt main bearing design, providing high rigidity, low vibration, and excellent structural stability.

Special Notes

Prime power is the maximum power the generator set can deliver continuously with variable load under standard conditions (atmospheric pressure, relative humidity, ambient temperature). Overload of 10% is permitted for 1 hour every 12 hours of operation.

Operating Conditions and Power Derating:

  • Altitude: ≤ 1000 m (above 1000 m, power derating is required)

  • Ambient Temperature: 40°C (above 40°C, power derating is required)

  • Relative Humidity: ≤ 60%

When the site conditions for the diesel generator set do not meet the above parameters, the output power must be derated. For final derating factors, please refer to the detailed technical documentation of the corresponding engine and generator.
