Appearance: Customer customization
Water-based/Oil-based: Water-based
Packaging/Specifications: 20KG
Product Features
Superior Water & Moisture Resistance: Cures into a dense film to block moisture, preventing mold in gaps (ideal for humid areas).
High Wear & Scratch Resistance: Hard quartz sand (close to glass hardness) stands up to long-term trampling, outperforming ordinary joint sealants.
Elegant Matte Finish: Matches retro, minimalist, or wabi-sabi styles, avoiding the "plastic look" of glossy sealants.
Eco-Friendly & Durable: Low-VOC, odor-free after curing; lasts 10–15 years indoors (far longer than traditional fillers).
Application scenarios
Residential Areas: Kitchens (oil/water resistance), bathrooms (mold prevention), living rooms/bedrooms (decorative matte effect).
Commercial Spaces: High-traffic areas (malls, restaurants) for wear resistance; exhibition halls/cafés for aesthetics.
Special Scenarios: Outdoor terraces (need UV-resistant models); basements (moisture-proof models).
Precautions
1.Pre-Construction
Keep tile gaps dry (moisture ≤8%) and clean (remove dust/oil); cure tiles for ≥7 days first.
Ensure gaps: 5-15mm wide, ≥2mm deep (adjust if too shallow).
Test color/compatibility in hidden areas (e.g., under cabinets).
Mix Component A (resin) + Component B (curing agent) strictly as instructed; stir well.
Clean excess material with a damp sponge within 1-2 hours (before curing).
Compact material with a scraper (avoid air bubbles); build in 2-3㎡ segments for large areas.
No water/trampling during curing (surface dry: ~24h; full cure: 72h).
Cure at 15-30℃ (heat in winter; avoid direct sun in summer).
Don’t scratch gaps with sharp tools.
Use neutral detergents (avoid acid/strong alkali cleaners).
Clean stubborn stains (oil/soy sauce) within 24h.
